Courtyard Shakespeare Festival came to me to build an independent online presence. Since CSF is affiliated with California Baptist University, they did not want to get lost in the sea of all the summer events happening on campus.
We began with discussing the timeline of auditions, casting, rehearsals, tech, and performances. Once I was caught up I brainstormed the type of content we could do until rehearsals started, to get the audience excited for the season.
I made the company a cast list, complete with headshots, to celebrate, and we began making rehearsal teaser content and interviews to give the audience the inside scoop. A photographer came in to take stunning shots, which I enthusiastically posted throughout the run of the shows.
In the end, even though the company only had around 500 followers, we got views in the thousands and helped the Riverside audience engage with Courtyard Shakespeare Festival in a new way.

Nerdy By Nature Escape Rooms wanted a consistent aesthetic across all platforms.
I started by making a standard graphic template complete with a color scheme and fonts to use across in-person and online graphics.
I created a social media plan and experimented with different types of video content to see what would connect most with their audience.
I started an email marketing campaign and updated that audience first on any new developments.
Lastly, I consistently updated their website to keep their customers in the know on discounts and new rooms.
The biggest thing that helped Nerdy By Nature is the push we did for reviews. The more reviews they got, the easier it became for new customers to find their website.

Two productions' worth of TikTok content, and cross-promotion with other productions and businesses.
I took on an internship role with Last Call Theatre in February of 2024. The Executive Director, Ashley Busenlener, brought me on to assist with making content for their two spring immersive productions, Pirates Wanted and Reforged. I also worked on their outreach as their productions were part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2024.
I spent those few months attending rehearsals, playtests, and opening nights to maximize the output of content. In addition, I was researching businesses in the area and other Hollywood Fringe productions that we could partner with to extend our sphere of influence.
Pirates Wanted ended up winning the Stage Raw 2025 Best Production Award, Hollywood Fringe 2024.
In the end, we had created a bunch of content we were all proud of and collaborated with other productions and businesses.

The main goal for New Threads Theatre Co. was to provide accessible and exciting information for its audience through social media.
For each theatrical production, we decided upon a distinct theme for all the graphics so the audience would know exactly what show we were talking about. With general posts sticking to the main aesthetic of their website, which was red, white, black, and red threading.
I often would film rehearsal footage to put out right before the show opened, and during its run to get viewers excited.
We also found ways to always work in the company’s theatrical slogan into posts or educational videos.
